New here need help.

Hello all,
I have been lifting for over 6+ yrs now. Resently, I have been off for 6 months now. Due to a motorcycle accident.
I am 30 years old.
Weight:195lbs.
Height: 5ft. 7in.
When I was lifting I was 180 w/10% bodyfat. Now I am 15lbs heavier and with all the fat and loose skin. I have a lower metabilizem of course.
I tried to go back to the gym but my energy level has dropped and I am so sluggish.
I recently ordered my old supplements of Protein, fatburners, creatine, and GNC Mega Man vitamins.
Now, I want to get serious and have been reading up on roids. I have been resurching since I was in my early twenties.
I am looking for a good starting cycle to fire me up again.
Does anyone have any ideas. So many types out there and need to know a good beginner stack.

Run some good Test E at 500mg/week, dont add anything to it first time around, learn your body and how you respond to gear.
 
Being your first cycle you should see nice results of Straight Test around 500mg a week..I did a cutting cycle my first time around of staraight Winny and worked out beautiful but my suggestion for you would be Test..
 
he wont mind if you juice.. ;) seriously you should like the results on test only and remember what was said above, do proper post cycle therapy . there are threads on that , just seach for them . best of luck
