Err...isn't the withdrawal of foreign aid the reason that PLO employees' salaries aren't going to be paid?

No Shocker here. the NEO-Conservative NWO has had this planned all along.
Whatever "overhead" that must be "paid" or "spent" in this IRAQ PLAN, will be paid by tax payers or foreign aid, while their own corporations such as halliburton, boeing, etc will reap all the profits.
If anybody believes that GWB gives a fuck about what religion, political group, etc is actually in power in Iraq, they are sadly mistaken. He doesnt need to know what kind of cookie jar he and his friends' hands are in, just knowing there are cookies inside is enough for him.
