Hey there, As suggested, I am checking in to introduce myself.
I have been reading the boards for a few years for all the great info but have never asked a question.

I am 35, working out for 8-9 years with any dedication. 6' 240lbs 15-16%bf. I've been able to grow size but never definition. Over the past year I finally started getting serious on my diet (2500cal / 6meals 40p/40carb/20fat) but I have plateaued and can't get any more lean.

I look like the "Michelin man" so I've started serostim.

Am I stuck with my genetics to stay heavy?

there is no such thing as being stuck heavy...

Search the board for cutting cycles, and get yourself a good diet and workout program, including cardio at least 4 x a week.

Then get serious and get lean!

thanks!
I have been working the diet plan for a year now with no significant losses after the first few months. I do 4 hr/wk of cardio at a lower heart rate (trainer instructions)

9:30 am lean cuisine +25g protein shake

11:30 myoplex or protein bar

12-1 cardio

2:00 lean cuisine +25 g protein shake

5:30 8 oz chicken + fistful veg

8:30-10:30 work out

11:30-12:00 6oz chicken

Thanks. I know the lean cuisines aren't the best thing but I work at an office. I was trying to push my carbs into the morning cause I always had late night cravings, which are gone for the most part now.
