it's basically an admin console. We type the user name and we get the IPs. We can also type any IP and get all the users behind.

I know most of them. Also, when someone is posting with an IP from Soudan or Nepal, I know something is wrong. You dont go through all the troubles of a slow connection just for the fun of it.
