New Dress

I rarely if ever wear dresses unless I have a wedding or special event to go to... but on Friday I decided I wanted a dress to just wear to dinner some night, so I got this one

I haven't found shoes yet, but one of my friends thinks these are perfect (I don't usually go for rounded toes, but I know they are in style right now and they are cute...)

Unfortunately the shoes are bit more than I want to spend right now, usually I wouldn't care, but I'm trying to curb my spending. Has anyone seen anything similar anywhere? I've been searching online all night. My friend also suggested a deep red shoe with this dress (BCBG is showing similar blues with red right now).

I'm open to any suggestions! Plus I thought we were in need of a new shoe thread .

Very pretty! i like both of them a lot.
i don't know where you live but DSW shoe warehouse has great designer shoes rather cheap.
sometimes i find a good deal at steve madden too.

I do have a DSW near me, maybe I'll stop on the way home for Thanksgiving tomorrow. I don't want to deal with crazy holiday shoppers though . Here is another option...

I love these . They are more than the silver pair, but I would wear these much more often. Also, they are right down the street, so much more convenient.

That's a really pretty dress. I bet it's even prettier on because that kind of flowy fabric tends to be flattering and look really girly.

I bet if you went to a mall this weekend and browsed through a handful of shoe departments, you'd find something you loved and could afford.

I ended up getting these... not sure how much I even like them, I just think they're different (getting sick of all the same old shoes).

Texaschick, I do lots of shopping on Zappos , probably too much . I wasn't finding much I liked there either. Everything that was different that I really liked was a couple hundred dollars... more than I wanted to spend on these.

Thanks . I wore it when he took me out to this very romantic restaurant for my bday last week! I probably didn't need to be that dressed up, but I didn't care, I wanted to wear the dress and shoes .

Good stuff sista looking hot is more then enough reason to dress up. I got some new shoes and a purse on my trip when I get a chance I will take a pic and share them with the world.
