new diet

i have been doing searches all week and i think i have finally came up with my diet/supplement scheldule....most of it came from OXANDRIN but i changed/added some stuff

7:00 AM: Wake up
water and cardio

8:00 AM : Meal 1
multi-vitamin/fish oil/N-Large

9:30 AM: 250mg ALA

10:00: Meal 2
6 egg whites, oat meal, banana, orange juice

12:00 PM: Meal 3
Same as meal 1

2:00 PM: Meal 4
10 oz chicken breast, pita bread, salad

2:30 PM: workout

Post workout:
10g creatine/75g dextrose/250mg ALA/30g protein (gym shake)

6:30 PM: 250mg ALA

7:00 PM Meal 5:
grilled chicken salad or other lean meat

i know this is kinda like his but i want to know mostly is if these times are good to spread everything out? these are the only times i can manage this stuff so i want to make sure they are good or if i should move something around
 
it doesn't seem like you have enough meals and enough calories. also get rid of the orange juice or the banana. pick 1 of them.

should i add a meal after meal 5 to make it 6 meals or should i place it in the middle somewhere? also for my post workout drink i am planning on taking it with a Pure Pro shake that my gym sells...its 30g protein...is this a good brand or should i buy my own packets and mix in my own protein?
