New Cycle

Whats up everybody? I am starting my first cycle in about 3yrs on Monday and want some comments and/or advice.

My stats
29yrs 5'10, 225ibs
approx 15%bf. 18in arms 48in chest max bench appr 365( was about 425 before sholder injury a few months ago)

My goals are to lean out, lose fat and get hard. I am not really interested in size or strength too much.

My cycle
10weeks
test e 500mg (250 mon and thurs) per week
ldex .5 ed up to 1mg if need be
I have provirion but only enough for week 5-10 @ 10mg ed
Possiable Clen from week 5 on
I have clomid and nolva for pct

Work out
1 body part per day, cardio 5-6 days a week hoping to do at least an hour a day. Diet will be mostly protein, low carbs and very little fat. Lots of water...

when do yiu do cardio? I'd say 40-45 minutes in the am for 4-5 days is fine. remember you need good fats. 90-100 grams a day will be good for you. that's only 900 cals. if your dieting around 3000 (bmr is around 3300-3400 for your size) cals that's 30% of your caloric intake.
we've (EF) have been tryin to ween off of clen due to it's possible health effects. please seek another route like lipoflame.
other than that the cycle looks great!
perfect amount as that's what my next cycle will be in a few month once I think I'm ready.

also maybe look into hch for during cycle and pct. produts from PP have great reviews for a natural supplement.

I am plan on doing cardio in the Pm i have to be at work at 630 am so its a little hard to get to the gym that early. As far as the fats, i figured that the protein i consume meats, chicken and fish should have enough fat in them. I will drop the clen, i also have been reading about the bad effects, i will just get a over the counter fat burner to help... Thanx for the advice...
