1-10 decca @ 400mg
1-6 Dbol @ 30mg ed
11- 15winny 50mg eod
hcg if nuts shrink at week 6 and 11 @ 500iu eod.
pct week 15.
day 1 : 60mg nolva, 200mg clomid
day 2-11 : 40mg nolva, 100mg clomid
day 12-21 : 20mg nolva, 50mg clomid
milk thistle at 1000mg ed
1 60 12 ( warm up set)
2 70 10(warm up set)
3 80 8
4 90 6
5 100 5
warm up 1 set per body part to near failure

Barbell (or Dumbbell) Shoulder Presses 5x5 30-70kg

Leg extensions 5x5 -70-110kg
Leg curls 5x5 40-110 kg
Calf Raises (3x12) - only if a seriously lagging bodypart 3x12 90-156 kg
Abs

5x25 ball crunch
5x25 frame crunch
5x25 v sit cardio 30 min s 2 alternate days , with sauna .cross
