Looks pretty good. If all your tryin to do is get to 10% you should have no problem. Keep the carbs kinda low, protein high and do 45 min cardio ar least 3 days a week. You should be there in no time. Also I'd train later in the day if possible, unless you get up at midnight? I don't know about you, but i need to be up for a few hours and have a few meals in me to train.
