Hi all you Elite-Fitness members. 
I have been lurking these boards for the past 2 years now and i finally decided to become platinum so i can participate in the discussions related to Diet, Training, Supplements and AAS information.
My main reason for writing this post is to introduce myself and tell those of you who are interested, about my training history and stats.
I'm 23 and have been working out for the past 6 years. More serious for the last 3 years, trying to keep diet and supplements in order.
My stats: 5,11" and 175lbs. around 7% bodyfat.
Recently (as of 1th April) i started my "summer cutting". I must say it is going fairly well, down about 7.5 lbs in 21 days roughly. Looking good so far.
Using a p/c/f - high/moderate/low diet, and supplementing with M-vitamins and r-ALA - which seems to work perfectly for me.
Anyways, enough about me. Thanks to all of you who have been "helping out" for the past 2 years.
