been doing on and off weights for about 3 years now gradually building up strength improving sets.
height: 5" 10
Weight: 130lbs roughly
bf around 10% ish..can see top 4 abs very clearly.
diet: start off in the morning with 2 oatabix and protein shake. for lunch a bacon+chicken baguette. diner usually 8oz steak and some salad.
my goals are to get bulkier and stronger while keeping a lean look about myself. keeping a 6 pack is important to me. i want to start a cycle mainly for asthetic reasons, as in looking good, rather than for my sport.
i work out 3 times a week: tue/wed/thur. will be increasing that when i can try which will be soon after Christmas
i really need advice concerning what kind of cycle i need to be doing for these kind of goals. im not looking for any smartass remarks like i've seen on some of the posts, just helpful advice
