new and needing advice

age: 18

been doing on and off weights for about 3 years now gradually building up strength improving sets.

height: 5" 10

Weight: 130lbs roughly

bf around 10% ish..can see top 4 abs very clearly.

diet: start off in the morning with 2 oatabix and protein shake. for lunch a bacon+chicken baguette. diner usually 8oz steak and some salad.

my goals are to get bulkier and stronger while keeping a lean look about myself. keeping a 6 pack is important to me. i want to start a cycle mainly for asthetic reasons, as in looking good, rather than for my sport.

i work out 3 times a week: tue/wed/thur. will be increasing that when i can try which will be soon after Christmas

i really need advice concerning what kind of cycle i need to be doing for these kind of goals. im not looking for any smartass remarks like i've seen on some of the posts, just helpful advice ;)

you should work out one time a week, eat less food, maybe try some bran muffins and cereal................who's alter are you for real? 130lbs and asking about steroids, funny

if i did the alter thing id make it a tuff call for everyone
like im
17 and weigh 190 ill be 18 in november
im the running back for my highschool team and i do well
some college scouts took a look and said ive got good moves and speed but im just to small
ive got till the end of this year to gain 20 lbs lean and still be fast to have a chance to go to college
it will be the local coal mine if i dont because my dad works at the coal mine and has told me my family dosent have the money to send me
i really want to go and get an engineering degree
im really good at math and get mostly As in all my other subjects
what do you guys think

or not since its only the way i would make my alter sound

im just sayin cant somebody put some thought into the alters that i suspect are hitting this board with the i want to do gear posts?

you have already gotten the wait 3 years advice and thats a minimum
if you are for real then check out the lifting and diet boards on this site
you can be easily at 180 in 3 years at your age with out gear and happier for it in the long run. well easily my be an exageration but with hard work it can be done
not one person on this board is gonna tell you gear is the right thing for you.
posts that are disturbingly like yours are coming up every day
its no wonder we think its a joke.
if your real then sorry but the above advice is still the best advice
 
Solid is right! Your liver will not be fully developed until somewhere between the ages of 23-25.

I am going to put that statement somewhere where I can easily copy and paste it, since I seem to type it at least once a day!!!
