Never used HCG before, how do I do this?

I have a few weeks still but I got my HCG today and I'm all confused. I have the HCG and it comes with some solvent, 5000iu per amp (if thats what it's called). So how do I go about mixing this stuff, what materials do I need?

If there is a FAQ about this, please point me in the right direction.

Break the amp and squirt a ml of bacto water in it. Bacto water keeps longer in fridge than sterile water. You can get 30ml for like five bucks from getpinz.com. After squirting in the water, draw it back out in a pin and shoot desired amount, I usually then leave the rest in the syringe, toss it in the fridge, 2 days later put a new pin on the end and shoot next amount, approx 1500iu per inject, m w f, perfect week of HCG therapy.
