what's up guys just have a question going on spring break in 14days and was wondering what I could do to get shredded. I am already pretty cut up but everyone wants that little extra. right now i am 6'3" 216lbs. about 10% bf. I am eating pretty good having 3eggs in the morning, isopure protein shake and toast sometimes oatmeal. Have 3 cans of tuna a day. 3 protein shakes a day and eat alot of meat... post workout I eat chicken with brown rice and vegtables. My good friend has some t3 but I have never taken a fat burner in fear of losing my size. Right now I am running 50mg of winney ed and thinking about going up to 100mg. I also do not do cardio cuz I play basketball twice a week. Should i do more cardio or I take the t3 how much a day do i take it.. I never do cardio I always believed it would prevent me from gaining the size I want..
