never done a cutting cycle...

....but about to start one soon (tren/winny/test). and for the record im not doing it to look good for spring break or whatever (im going snowboarding for spring break anyway) but just to see what happens. my biggest question is on diet. i realize that these drugs arent magic and that a good cutting diet is essential but what do you consider essential? do you guys still eat a lot of cals and carbs like during a bulk cycle and just implement more cardio or do you switch your entire way of eating as a whole? just curious what u guys have to say.
 
you want to cut up cut carbs except pre workout and post workout and even than keep them to a minimum..I try to cut out carbs even when bulking eat eat eat but eat good, chicken tuna protein shakes etc you get the drift..Carbs are the enemy..I suggest getting a high mg of ALA too that shit worked great for me
 
First off you need to eat below maintenance to lose fat. You also will need to lower your carb intake and the types of carbs. I stick to oatmeal and yams for my carbs, expect post workout where I'll have about 30 grams of dextrose with my oatmeal. As the above stated keep them around your workouts. Dieting and bulking are completely different as far as diet goes.

I just finished a test/tren/winny cycle with excellent results what are your doses and how long?
If your interested mine was:

1-12 test e 500mg ew
1-10 tren e 300mg ew (I think it was 300)
1-4 prop 100mg eod
12-15 prop 100mg eod
12-15 winny 75mg ed

What I strongly suggest doing and I've said it here a few times now, is using prop at the end of your cycle...it reduces sides and makes for a much smoother transition into PCT which was a breeze this time cuz I used HCG which really helped me.
 
ya like you said gear only does so much.. diet is key however the gear you choose is very optimal for such results.. my diets are 2 totally differnt things when bulking and cutting.. when bulking I hit about 4000cals while cutting i hit about 2200.. cutting fat and carbs is what you would have to do in order to decrease cals however in this process you will also tend to cut your protein levels as well. as for workouts when i am bulking I usually don't do cardio what so ever..but cutting my workouts are more geared towards cardio and my lifting is usually less weight more reps
