evenly throughout the day or 2 in the am and 1 in the afternoon. try both, see which you "like" best.

JA, ive been taking 3am and 3p.m as a loading phase suggested by fonz for the 2 oxo... its been working fine... im very impressed with this product... after 15-18 days, ill drop it down to 2am and 1pm... hope this helps out a little.
