I have NetZero.. have had it from the beginning.. I don't have the free version, mostly there is no local numbers so you'll wind up paying longdistance charges.. and if there is a local number its hard to get an open line.

I have very little complaints, for the most part I've been satisified

No complaints as Mrs only uses like 1-2 hours a month for Email only..
