You would be well off with 300-400mcg day. Honestly, I perfer T4 over T3 for all purposes. Supplementing with a little iodine and selenium afterwards would be a good idea too.

Thanks so much, ive only experimented with Clen, no other gear...im really concentrating on diet and workout...was thinking of hitting clen again and running it with some T4 but i dont want my ticker to off the wall!! Anyone have a sample cycle of T4 and clen??
