Can you get nerve damage from grazing nerves during quad injections. I keep hitting nerves in both my legs and they stay sore longer when I do.

I hit a cutaneous nerve in my lower quad when I was started AS a few years ago. I now have permanat nerve damage. Its not serious , it just feels like there is plastic wrapped around a portion of my quad.
