It was ok.
Was it worth $40? The way I see it you can never obtain enough info when it comes to bodybuilding.

I think it was worth it. The section on why you shouldn't do cardio was outstanding. Now I have solid reasons why I avoid it!

I've not read his book, but judging by his posts he knows his business when it comes to AAS.
