Oh yeah, they have a little bit of everything on JJ. The last act I saw on that show was a couple of black dudes wearing football jerseys and waving towels around while rapping to a plain drum beat. It was the worst. I don't know who the fuck signs these people to record contracts.

Personally, I like Nelly. DMX is probably the best rapper out there right now, followed by Snoop Dogg. Jay-Z is good too. Some of Eminem's stuff is decent as well...

Granted, a lot of rap music sucks, but you can say the same thing about most genres. Is rock n' roll any better?

Good call with Snoop Dogg... That's one dude who busts very smooth rhymes. I remember seeing him do a little freestyle rap on The Last Word with Jim Rome and thinking that he's the man.

Well even a BAD rock-n-roll band has to write and PLAY their own music on instruments. All rappers do is think up words that rhyme and get their beats out of some machine. No talent needed. And oh yea you have to talk like you have a second grade education too.
