Neighbor has an aggressive pit bull

They keep it fenced in their yard. I have to walk by the fence when entering and leaving my apartment. The dog attacks the fence and growls trying to get to me. If that thing gets loose it's going to cause some serious damage to someone. I don't understand how someone can keep something that aggressive as a pet. I'd feel safer having a crocodile loose in the neighborhood.

i swear to God, it's not the dogs fault. if you choose to take the time and socialize your companion, it wouldn't act like that. a dog will naturally protect it's owner, it doesn't have to be isolated and made a danger to everyone around it. too bad it will cost the dog it's life because of a stupid owner.
