I really hate needles- so Im going to stick with tabs.

Is anavar and winny the best way to go.

some buddies told me that anavar is a waste.

Personally, I've never done a cycle before.. but ...I've read a lot and heard a lot of people who know a shitload about gear that say doing only orals hinders gains and is very hard on the liver... I don't think anyonre likes darts bro, but if you're gonna gear you should try to bear down and use injectables...

Nothing against your buddy, but he doesn't know what he's talking about. As for orals, it's one of the best IMO. As for stacking Anavar and Winny, you may want to reconsider due to the strain that both of these can put on your body. Especially if this is your first cycle. If you're absolutly not going to use needles, then you may want to consider an anavar or winny only cycle. I've personally never done a cycle that wasn't stacked so I can't give you any personal feedback, but do a search and you should be able to find some good information.
