needle size for synthol?

well i just made my order for esik -clean from carvagen.com,should be here by monday,anyone know what needle size i should use for my bis and tris?whats best?id appreciate the advice
6'3 245 hard gaining 17"arms

I think read somewhere to use a 21g or 25g pin, not sure, I'll BUMP for another reply.
