Need ways to add flaxseed, without puking!

same thing happends to me bro... makes me want to gag Everytime! , so i got the flax pills... but u have to take so many its just not worth it either..b/c later on in the day u burp and it tastes just like the crap..

hey just wondering, i have a unopened bottle of flax. I bought it a yr ago, is it still good? Im not a big fan of the stuff I just usually do the teaspoon/ water/ hold breath option.

I doubt it. I just bought this bottle 2 days ago and it's exp date is OCT 04.

i was looking for a exp date, but looks like according to your exp date its good for about 6 months

hold your nose closed when you take it, and keep it closed for at least 30 seconds after you swallow it.

Okay, I just took a tablespoon straight down the hatch and chased it with a protein shake. It worked much better this way.
