ok while bulkking i have only eaten oatmeal w/splenda, yams, penut butter, eggs, chicken and steak...gimme some other good ideas, because im almost done bulking in like 2-3 weeks.
 
ya i have some fish now and then...but what about my vitamins, im not eating any fruit or anything, am i getting enought neutrition
 
berries are good in limited quantiy so are peaches and apricots, plums and apples(half)
add avocados
nuts
seeds
seaweed
 
add some salmon
bananas
YES SEEWEED..i luv that stuff
brockli(sp)
watermelon and grapes are good too because of the high h20
 
make tacos with lo-carb tortillas and guacamole

or

chicken fajitas with red & green peppers & onions and tons of salsa...good stuff.
 
i like porkchops
salmon, tuna, sardines, mackerel
all sorts of mushrooms
different types of seaweed
not sushi but shashimi (no rice)
eat seasonal green leafy veges
and fruits and vege that are shades of red
nuts seeds (pumpkin seeds are :) helps in the bedroom ;) )
try wild foods or sprouted foods
corn spouts are great and the carb has been consummed by the plant
damn i love sprouts alfalfa bean soybean broccoli corn pea radish and onion sprouts are all awesome
all instead of lettuce try nappa cabbage
instead of a tortilla try a iceberg lettuce leaf

a great dish my chinese grandmum made was sauteed pork and beef with a spicy sauce wrapped in lettuce leaf
will try to get that recipe from her

Yes, go "nuts" to say the least-- almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts. Thet seaweed idea sounds good, as does broccoli and spinach. I say try some different recipes for steak and other meats-- make it fun. Bulk is good!
