Need To Fix Hair Problem

Ever since I started noticing my hairline receding I've been using nizoral and some other shit that really dries it out and frizzes it up. I also highlight my hair which doesn't really help. My hair is naturall a little on the curly side. I would like to gel it up like it looks after the shower, but it ends up curling up on me when I use my normal hair gel. What can I use to really make it straight and spikey?? Molding wax or something?? And were do I buy it??

You may not need wax if it is a little on the curly side like you say. You could try 'Straight Up Ironing Gel' by L'oreal Paris. It works for me, but I don't go for crazy spikes though.

ON the Nizoral (2%) packaging it says not to use it more than once a week?
Does this apply to us as well?
