Me and a couple other people have to construct an anatomical stomach for A&P. The catch is that it has to be clear and hollow so that it's pseudo-functional.
This is what I have come up with so far
1: Construct the stomach out of clay and let it dry
2: Cut a separate block of clay in half then lay the dried stomach in between the two halves of clay, squeeze them together making an imprint on each half of the blocks
3: Apply a liquid plastic/ clear molding solution using a foam brush. Brush on a coat, let dry, brush on another, etc
4: Once I have enough coats for a somewhat thick stomach wall, I'll use super glue or some other adhesive to glue each half together.
Any of you peeps have any better ways I could do this
