I recently found a good source for a lot of different gear..
I'm 25 and after a few years w/o hitting the gym hard I noticed something.
I'm FAT

So, time for a balls to the wall diet with heavy cardio and some good supersets to keep my heart rate up. I'm simply trying to get from 324 to 275. I'm 6'5 and I think 275 is not only a very attainable weight but I would carry it well and it would be to 260 after that. But right now I'm focusing on 275. I'll do supersets and high rep sets to maintain muscle mass while eating a low fat high protein and fairly low carb diet.
Now for my ?. In the past I've supplemented with Creatine, glutamine and of course protein and a good multi-vitamin.
For cardio and hard core workouts I could always count on my Caffein-asparin-ephedrine stack. At one time I was doing the CAE on Mon, Wed, Fri and taking Yohimbe on Tue & Thurs.
This did well, if nothing else it got me jacked up for the workout. But once back in college I was able to try some clenbuteral. Not that combined with playing full court basketball 4 days a week absolutely shredded me. i bet I lost 30 pounds in my first semester. (Thats a 45lb swing from the normal freshmen 15!)
So, I'm thinking of getting some more clenbeuteral, but are there any other suggestions or ideas I should look into. I'm open to anything guys, and since you guys know everything. I should be in business reall soon! thanks
