Need some opinions!

Alright here is my cycle:

Test (sust) 500mg/wk 1-10
winny 50mg/ED 1-6
Anavar 40mg/ED 7-?
Arimidex and Phosphagen throughout

OK here's my question:

Should I run the winny and anavar 6 weeks each and the sust for 12 weeks? Or should I run the winny and anavar for 5 weeks each and sust for 10 weeks? Or can I run the sust for 10 weeks and still run the winny for 6 weeks and the anavar for 6 weeks (2 weeks past the test)???

Along with your advice, please add the time that you think I should start the clomid? And should I run the arimidex all the way through until the end of the clomid therapy??

I know it's alot of questions, but I am in the middle of the cycle and want to plan for the switch from winny to anavar now. I have plenty of everything to feel free to go nuts!

Just my opinion....

Run the test......10 weeks
Winny................6 weeks
Anavar...............6 weeks
arimidex.............throughout
clomid 3 weeks after your last dosage of the Anavar

Thats a mean cycle, How do you plan to keep your diet? Cardio, etc? What type of look are you going for?

I have been researching the same cycle, it is identical to what i want to do, except i am throwing EQ in there at 400mg/week for 12 weeks.

no i say 9 weeks of sus is good...its in your for 3-4 weeks....take 750mgs on the first weeks then 500mgs from there should be great

I'm going away to work at a basketball camp Sunday, so I don't know what food is going to be available to me there! I'm going to bring a couple 2 pound bottles of protein powder with me and maybe I'll buy a couple of MRP bars. I'm gonna go crazy with the protein shakes, 4 or 5 a day and then whatever food they have there will just be icing on the cake!

As far as working out is concerned, last year the gym at the camp was only open during the times I worked, so I couldn't workout in a gym. I need some ideas on workouts that I can do without a gym. I have a 30 pound dumbell, a 10 pound dumbell, ab roller, forearm thing, and I can find a place to do pull-ups. Any suggestions? I am going to try to get the keys to the gym, doubtful though!

I'm gonna do cardio on an empty stomache in the morning and before I go to bed! I have access to bikes and treadmills all day, which is a plus.


Hey does anyone know If you can add phosphagen to protein shakes?? That would be a huge time saver! I
e-mailed the manufacturer and they said "just follow the directions on the bottle". Fuckers, probably didn't even read the question!

What i have found is the BEST way to workout without the gym is ...PUSH UPS!! I get an overall pump that is unbelievable. Get a chair and do them with your legs up in the air, like incline. Do dips for lower pecs and tris. Do as many as you can to complete failure. Then give it a minute and do it again, until you can't do 1. Thats what i do, and when i am done i am discovering new viens. Good luck, and do me a favor and keep me posted on your results. I am looking to try it End of Dec. Beginning of Jan. Can't wait.

What are you current stats? Genetics, metabolism, etc.

5' 7" 175 pounds not sure on the bf% maybe 13-15%??

I've been working out for about 6 years, with a year off in the middle due to shoulder surgery(january 2000). I was strong as an ox before the surgery, I'm almost back to that level now. Bench 225 1 rep, was at 245 3 reps before. I weighed 185 at the time.

I just want to get back to that level and maybe a little more! I get stronger and stronger, but never seem to put on too much weight! Even when I eat like shit and don't work out, I don't gain shit! Must be my metabolism!?

I'm gonna up my calories and protein, obviously, and hope for the best!

I was 175lbs. last year, i am 5'8'' 193lbs at about 8-9%BF, i did a sustanon, EQ, winny cycle and it did me pretty good. Its ending now, which sucks... I am probably going to bridge with anavar at a very low dosage just to keep the gains. (15-20mg/ED) But i am not really sure yet, you should do great with that cycle bro. Best of luck.

I know iceman, If I can't get access to gym at the camp. I'm gonna find a local gym and just spend the extra cash on the membership. I just found out that I'm gonna have a car down there. I wasn't gonna have any transportation, but a friend is gonna let me borrow his car! What a guy!! LOL!

He owes me $500 so I said I'll knock of $100 if he lets me use it!

So I'll have access to a gym no matter what, I was just wondering if you guys had any good workouts without a gym, so I could save my money! Oh well!

P.S. I never said anything about being natural. I think it was some other bulldog, without the "_10" on the end. I've been getting that alot!!:D

Dude, all the rest of it seems good, but the Phosphagen is some powerful shit man... be careful!!:goof:
 
I used it last year, and loved the results it gave me. Plus, I've been told that anavar increases the absorbtion of creatine, making them a very good combo!
Any thoughts??
