Alright here is my situation, I put on way too much blubber over the holidays and I am now doing a 0 carb diet along with some stacker 2 and have lost 18lbs in 2 weeks. I planned on doing the diet until I lost like 20 more pounds, at which point my bf% would be around 8% or so. I lost some strength which I want to get back but am afraid that something bad might happen if I lose the weight this quick and then immediately put a bunch back on. Do you think it would be wiser to do a cutting cycle such as winny and deca to minimize the weight I put on. I would like to make my muscles as big as possible but the drastic increases and decreases in such a short time kinda scare me a bit. Sorry the post is so long, any help would be appreciated.
