Need some mass advice.

New to this board, and could use some help from the contest vets.

Hey everyone, I am going to enter my first contest, and am looking for some advice.
First of all, my stats: 6'4", currently 284. lbs at 15%
here is my situation, my legs grow like a mad man, 30" thighs, and 19" calves only require 3 sets of squats, deads, and calf raises. But my arms suck, 18" cold. I am strong, 135 lbs. for 7 strict reps, but my biceps need help. I have never exceeded 500 mgs, total juice yet, so I am thinking of tossing 500 mg. sust. with 150 mg. laurabolin, or EQ. I was going to Inject twice per week, and possibly use 3 cc, reforvit-b, to kick my workouts off. ( this assumes my source can come up with my wishlist). Do you guys think that I should go higher, or will the extra 150- 225 mgs, kick in more growth. I have six months left, and 4 of those are cuts. What suggestions do you all have?:D THanks. Katana.
 
Holy shit, you're big. I'd hit those bi's with site injections. Winny or synthol seems to work for most people. You obviously know how to train if you are that size, so I'd say its not your training. Two more inches on those arms will probably do the trick, eh?

I am starting to get big, but without those guns, I just dont get the Effect if you know what I mean.

I was thinking about site injecting but I cant find legit winny, do you think primo would work? I have heard guys also using suspension, but my bro can't always come up with what I ask for. Sometimes I have to wait months to get gear, and then pick from what he could find. Usually it's sust, EQ, and 50 mg/ml norandren or laura. ( not exactly the dream list of a pro). but hey I wont quit trying until there isin't any blood in my veins, so I use what I can get. Thanks again, and any suggestions are always welcome.

P.S. What really blows my nads, is that I still have to put on another 60 lbs. lean mass if I want to battle the big boys, On second thought, I guess that's pretty cool.:p
 
Growing Arms

If you want your arms to grow you should bring your rep range on all of your heavy upper body exercises into the 6-8 range. Heavy pressing and heavy rowing exercises do involve the biceps and triceps. This will help them tremendously. Another thing you could do is try to focus on hitting your arms from several different angles. Arms are funny in the way that they respond to different angles of attack. If you add 1/8" to your outer tricep, 1/8" to your bicep peak, and a few 1/8" in spots that you weren't bombing before you will add an inch or two before you're through, plus you're arms will look more complete.
