New to this board, and could use some help from the contest vets.
Hey everyone, I am going to enter my first contest, and am looking for some advice.
First of all, my stats: 6'4", currently 284. lbs at 15%
here is my situation, my legs grow like a mad man, 30" thighs, and 19" calves only require 3 sets of squats, deads, and calf raises. But my arms suck, 18" cold. I am strong, 135 lbs. for 7 strict reps, but my biceps need help. I have never exceeded 500 mgs, total juice yet, so I am thinking of tossing 500 mg. sust. with 150 mg. laurabolin, or EQ. I was going to Inject twice per week, and possibly use 3 cc, reforvit-b, to kick my workouts off. ( this assumes my source can come up with my wishlist). Do you guys think that I should go higher, or will the extra 150- 225 mgs, kick in more growth. I have six months left, and 4 of those are cuts. What suggestions do you all have?
