That is 250mg... If u'r body have no bad reactions you can increase to 500mg a week. Some people take as much as 1000mg a week, which I find a little crazy

500 to 750 is great 1000 or more after a while ur dick doesn't work really a sad sight but u will be fine 4 or 5 weeks in eat a ton

I want to do some Equipoise. Should I throw it in now or wait until I am done with the sus. Also, is ZenCall worth a shit anyway or should I get different gear?

I am on my second shot. Plan on going for 8 to 10 weeks with the Sustanon then take off. Come back with the Equipoise. Trying to find out if I should do the Eq. now or wait.

This may be the second time this shows up. I keep getting redirected and shit. Yes, Sust is the onlything I am on as of now. As for the Equipoise. I don't know. He just told me he could get me some.

if it is a 10 week cycle then i would do the equ for the last 6 or 7 it is a cutter and hardner but u could use the whole way through might be better off stating after wek 3 or 4 hpe that helps

if your just doing the sust, stick to the 250mgs a wk, you dont need high doses to get good results. If you have taken test before then you can increase it to 500mgs...but there is no need to jump to 1000mgs...if this is your first cycle, just do the sust at 250mgs.....do the sust/eq as your second cycle...whats your PCT look like?
