Okay here is the story, I have been training for 2 years now and I have done really well naturally. For about the past four months though I have been working full-time and going to college. I have had no time or energy to work out or eat right and now it has caught up to me. I have put on WAY too much bodyfat and I need to get it off. Can any of you vets give me some pointers. I have done the diet thing before and got awesome results but it was a pure MRP almost starvation diet. Needless to say it was expensive and not fun at all. I am looking for alternatives but I want to include MRP's too because I have a busy schedule and MRP's are fast and easy. I was checking out the protein factory and they have some reasonable ones. Anybody tried any of theirs. Anyway sorry for the long post, your help and info is greatly appreciated.
