Need some help please????

Ok here is my problem. I ordered a platinum membership today and when I went to check to see if it worked I found out it went to this name and not the name I have been using in the discussion boards. I typically use shamrock11. Is there any way to fix this? Can I get my karma from my other name or can I transfer my platinum membership to my usualy screen name? Any an all help appericated.
