Hello Everyone...My wife is getting into working out and sculting her body. She's been working out 5-6 times a day for last 5 months. She wants to gain some mass (lean, not water) and I was wonder what you can recommend? So far I been told only 19Nor-diol can used.

What have you used?

Oh, her stats yes...27, 5'7" 155lbs (135/140 LBM).
 
I go ahead and jump on this one.

The best thing you can do for your wife is to get her on the boards and learn for herself.

Knowledge is the key.

I have tried and tried! She says, I don't have any questions, then asks me everything! I don't know a lot about supps for women...you know when you read something it's always about men. I often wonder why, females buy this stuff too!
 
First of all she should train naturally and no more than 3-4 days per week if she wants to add lean muscle mass, Try her on a three way split working oiut every other day...this is hitting each muscle group directly once every 6 days. If that proves too much after she starts traing hard then take the weekends off.
Low volume and pretty high intensity with plenty of time out of the gym each week is the key for anyone training naturally.
4-6 work sets per muscle group is good.

If she wants to try roids after a year or so then anavar at 5mg twice per day is a good safe start....or check out my old post "Injectables guide for females"
