I currently got caught with over 75,000 in my possession and its a 2nd degree charge (Money Laundering). I spent a shit load on a lawyer and he is excellent. I'm hoping to get into a program called PTI, because I have a perectly clean record, but I don't know the chances. From what people have been telling me is that in a plea bargain they will drop the charges from a 2nd degree charge to a 3rd Degree charge and with no prior record they will give you probation (who knows tho). Right now I'm so depressed I was a broker and now im looking to work at target because I have pending charges. My too main concerns are cleaning up my record (hopefully thru PTI and trying to find a job? I was considering getting my personal training license. Anyhow has anyone beeen thru this and how should I react? Thanks for any help

Im suprised u didnt get a proceeds of crime charge... Man if they took it in any illegal search or messed up on anything u can get all ur money back with no charges.. My buddys have all done it..

If you really hired an attorney and he is excellent like you claim, he has already told you to keep your fucking mouth shut and not talk about this to anyone.
