Its been about 10 years since ive cared enough about my body to take any major steps to get into shape. About 2 months ago I started hitting the gym again, about 1 1/2 hours a days, 4 days a week. Ive seen some nice improvements so far, I tend to add muscle (and fat) fairly quickly. When I started I was 20% body fat, at 5' 10" 245. In the past 2 months I have already noticed a huge increase in body mass, I am now over 260 with no help but creatine. I am concerned with getting too big and am looking for a good hardening and cutting cycle. Currently I am considering a sus250, equipoise, clem, and wrap it up with clomid, over a 8 week period I am hoping that this will help trim me down and harden me up. I get alot of cardio between tennis, eliptical running, about an hour a day.
