Hi everyone, I have suffered from vitamin e deficiency for the couple of years because my body does not absorb enough vitamin E, and according to the company the sell this supplement, it helps to prevent or treat lack of vitamin E in the body, I never heard of a supplement acting this way how about you guys? thanks.

If you are deficient in vitamin E then just use a regular oral vitamin E supplement. They aren't expensive. You can pick one up at Costco for under 10 bucks.

Remember that vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin so make sure to take it with a meal that contains some dietary fat.

Yea, just take any vitamin E supplement. Like Muskate I get a lot of these things at Costco too.
