Need some dieting advice

I am in my fourth week of a 10 wk cycle of test 250 with d-bol. I eat every three hours. I start the day with oats, egg whites, and an energy bar, I then usually eat tuna or some meat protein with a high protein bar and usually more egg whites. Next, I normally have low sodium V8 and some yogurt sometimes with a whey protein shake. I then get off work go home and have a good dinner like grilled chicken or fish with 2 green vegetables. I then go workout and after my workout I have a mega whey extreme shake which has like 60 grams of protein. After all this I end the day with a couple of egg whites and water and go to bed. Is this a good diet for building mass and losing fat or should i change this diet? I eat very low sodium. I am 210 lbs, 6' tall, about 16% body fat. Any suggestions? If so would anyone care to type me out a more efficient diet? Simply put could anyone suggest a good diet for me? I am 24 yrs old and I want to build muscle!

How many calories is that?

Pretty unlikely that you will gain muscle AND lose fat. You should be focusing on one or the other.
 
I drink water mainly but I drink some juices that are loaded full of vitamins and anti-oxidants. water mainly
