hey guys first time posting ive been searching and reading the site for a while and I will give you guys some of my info, im 6'3 225 with 15 percent body fat. I'm a goaltender in hockey, i train hard every off season but have never been to happy with my gains, i dont hardcore diet but i dont eat junk food or fast food. I dont want to put on any mass but i wan't to get alot leaner and more cut and faster. And im not cool with injecting myself, i've heard from other people that winny is my best bet? any advice on this or something else? thanks.
