Need some advice!

You could cut the ring finger back on your gloves...? Put it on a chain while you lift? Hae nsashbl01 hold while you do your sets? (That way if it gets lost its his fault....)Just DONT LEAVE IT IN YOUR LOCKER!

CONGRATS!

OOOOOOH!! Congrats!!

I don't wear my rings when I lift - I leave them at home

CONGRATS! That is soooooooooooooooo exciting! YAY Now, let the PLANS begin! How wonderful!

Oh, and I lift with my rings on all the time. :) Doesn't really scratch them at all - nothing noticeable anyway.

MUWAH!

Congrats and I wish you guys all the best :)

I only wear a wedding band and I take it off when I lift, because I don't wear gloves, it pinches and creates a monster callous if I wear it while lifting.

Since I lift from home I just hang mine in the same place all the time. That would be my advice, if you don't want to lift wearing it, find a spot that is your RING spot and use it (maybe a snap on your wallet like you'd clip your keys to inside your purse??? If it's a safe place for your wallet, it's safe for your ring).

Thanks so much ladies! I know this post probably belongs in the chat section...but nsashabl is who brought me into this whole weight lifting scene and elite for that matter. It truly has been an AWESOME adventure thus far. After giving up a 15 year long running career due to health issues and switching to lifting...he is my inspiration and support! People joke that we are going to hand out protein bars as our favors and have a sugar free wedding cake...what can I say? Bodybuilding is a lifestyle :)....Thanks again for all of your support and it means alot to me to share this happy time with all of you!
