Need some advice

I just finished a cycle of Fina. Didn't get the result I had expected but that is ok. It was a valuable learning experience. I am already fairly big and I am looking ot clean up..ie..cut. However, I am looking to gain strenght and possibly size at the same time.

I lift with a few buddie who are using some good gear but up until recently I have been a bit standoffish. Now I'm in like flin. However, I am hoping some of the old dogs around here can give me some advice about a first real cycle. Specifically what should I use to accomplish my goals and how much of it.

Any help would make my life a lot easier. I have done quite a bit of home work but I am still very leary of just guessing.

I have not done measurements yet. I'm thinking next week when my bodies get to thier post cycle and check gains.

did you make your own fina? Everyone I hear about loves dat shit. I'm planning on making my own batch this christmas. If you want a real cycle (cutter)...

test prop - 100mg EOD (wks 1-6)
EQ - 400mg/wk (wks 1-10)
Winny - 100mg/EOD (wks 6-13)

but remember, diet is the key. Personally I think you are big enough, and could shed the fat w/ some clen and cardio.

I did not make my own. I got it from a fighter buddy of mine. I am not sure where he got it. Based on the results it probably came straight from the toilet.
