Need Some Advice

Greetings to all. I have been an avid reader for a few years now and finally have a question that I hope someone can help me on. I have 50cc of EQ, 30cc of Winny, 20cc of test400, 20cc of sus 250 and only a few (5cc) of deca. I'm looking to split it up into two different cycles. Would like to gain some solid, lean body mass, but not afraid to put on a little chub. I'm 6'2....195lbs. I know, a lightweight, but I used to be 240 before I got into this crazy (and dumb) "must have the diced 6pack" phase. Anyways, I'm about 7-8% right now. My carb/fat intake is moderate and my protein is on the high side. Probably taking in about 3gs worth of cals daily, between food and shakes. Eating every 2-3 hours to keep the furnace burning. DOing cardio first thing about 5 times a week and pounding the weights in the afternoons, witha day off sometime during the week. Most likely overtraining and I will revamp my routine shortly. Here's my ?: How would you split up my stack(s). How would adjust your diet? Any help/assistance is GREATLY appreciated!

Well, thanks to all for the help! I'm 26 and have messed around with a few AS thorugh college and up to now. Nothing close to as serious as this. Let's say Ive done about 4 cycles. Actually they have all been stacked with deca. Tried sus 250, winny, eq and suspension. Nothing serious, just a small quantity of each and spaced out over the last 4 years. Probably put on 10-15lbs on each and that was when I was imature and "stupid" and didn't do much research. Just wanted the "spring break" look.

Now, I'm completely dialed in. For the past couple of years. No more college boozing, etc. and my diet is on point. Very strict. Very rare to binge or even eat out for that matter. So, for the sake of my initial ?, let's say I've experimented, but not as serious as I am soon to be. I also think my calories are a little low for the extent of my training. To give you an idea:
wake about 5am
meal 1 (after 1/2hr cardio) - cup of egg whites, 1/2cp oats, scoop of protein
2 - myoplex, skim milk
3 - 6oz chx/salmon/turkey, 6 oz yam, boat load of veggies and a nice salad
4 - 1/2 oats (little skim milk), tuna (preworkout)
train and serving of celltech and nitrotech after
5 - 4oz fish, 1/2cp cottage cheese, steamed veggies, salad
then it's about 7, I chill out for awhile, sometimes crash, and then wake up to another big protein shake, some peanuts, and some more fiberous carbs and bed (10ish)

all are about 2/12 hrs apart

EQ: 400mg per week for 8 weeks
week 1-8:(

Winny: 1cc eod

test for 10 weeks at 500mg a week or so
keep the other test for another cycle.

deca, what type?
 
Its gonna be hard to split that up into 2 cycles, unless they are test based. not enough eq(2500mgs will onlly give you 400mg/wk for 6 wks) and deca. you could get by with the winny. Be carefull with the t400 if you want to cut that shit or your ass will be hurting for a long time.

personaly i would do this simple cycle
sust 500mg/wk 10 weeks.
winny 50mg/day wks 8-12
post cycle therapy 13-16

save the eq and get some more for your next cycle, 5 cc of deca is not enough to do any thing with. your next cycle could be a eq and t 400.

if you only want size and dont care about the chub drop some cardio and up your calories to 3500-4000 the specific breakdown can be taylored to "how you gain"

Cmon....surely I can work a sweet cycle and gain some serious mass. BIG BIG props to anyone that can help me design something solid. Thanks for the help thus far. Really appreciate your time. I also have 10cc of test prop. I know its a smorgishborg of gear, but its the best I can do for awhile....please advise for some serious karma!

I am not going to do the math on what you have for a cycle and what would be left over. Design your first cycle the way that you want it, and what is left over goes toward your next cycle. If you dont have enough left over for your second cycle, than buy more. Dont just settle for what you have, wait until you can get all the necessary ingredients for your cycle. THis is not something that you want to skimp on or just wing.

Witht that being said, and assuming you cant get anymore types of gear, I would try something like this for your first cycle.

Wk 1
EQ 800mgs/wk
Test 500mgs/wk

wk2
EQ 600mgs/wk
Test 500mgs/wk

wk3-5
EQ 400mgs/wk
Test 250/wk

wk6-10
EQ 400mgs/wk
Test 250mgs/wk
Winny 50mgs/day

I cant imagine that estrogen would be a problem on this cycle, but incase it is, have some Nolva handy. If you could get your hands on some dbol, it would really help with the bulking as long as you are eating like a horse. I would run it for the first 4 weeks at 25mgs/day.

I would make your second cycle very similar to the first one, but you could keep the test at 500 throughout the whole cycle this time. You could throw the deca in the mix this time is you wanted to at a lower dose than the EQ. I would sell the deca and get more EQ if you could.
