Need some advice

Hey

I'm 5'11, 18 years old, 172lbs(13bf). Anyways I noticed I'm really having trouble gaining weight, first thing is my appetitiet is down, and I don't know if this is a problem but I have a high metabolism, so everytime I eat I basically shit, and after I drink 1 glass of water I piss about 5 times. I don't think this is good because I want to hold the food and water. Any advice???
I train regulary and try to keep a good diet, but have loss of appetite.
 
What's your diet look like? List your training routine also. You could be over training or not getting enough sleep. That combination can drastically affect your appetite.
 
I train 4 times a week, workout each of my body parts. I only get about 6-7 hours of sleep cuz I work graveshifts. I eat 5 meals a day and drink 3 protein shakes.
