hi all,

i just recently lost my best friend in a car accident. I was in the middle of a sus(250-500)/bold(400mG) cycle. It was the 5th week and now it has been one week and a half since i have gone to gym or even ate or trained or injected. I cnt focus and i dnt know what to do. Should I continue my cycle ? or should i stop? any input much appreciated.

Bro. that is a difficult question to answer and I am sorry for your loss. If it were me I would put training and roids on the backburner until I knew that I could focus menatally on them completely again. You had a tough loss and you need to deal with that first and foremost. If you stop. throw in a little pct. Then concentrate on your next cycle. It is up to you though on how you think you can handle it. One week isnt going to ruin your cycle. Especially on those two compounds. You can inject and pick up where you left off, but like I said, if you are not going to be able to focus(and that would be completely understandable in the given situation) then I would just lay off until I could. Good luck bro. Sorry for your loss.

I'd say to definitely put it on hold. All chemical substances at least. Keep training, you should really do something positive on a regular basis after having such a loss. Do some cardio, go for a hike, run some sprints. If you drink, try not to, no drugs, you'll just end up feeling worse. Believe me I know. I'm really sorry for your loss bro. Keep your head up.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I would say just get back to thr gym and contiue the cycle as well keeping up on your diet. For me, the gym and trying to improve my body is a positive that helps me push ahead when I encounter hard times.

i to am very sorry for your loss bro.but i would have to say yes to keep going
as planned if you dont you slip into a zone you dont want to be.good luck bro
