Need quick help tapering off letro/prami!

So I took letro/prami to try and control what looked like gyno onset (Never done steroids, 22 years old, blood tests showed normal estro levels with slightly higher prolactin, so most likely prolactin caused, possibly from puberty or concussion history). Been on letro/prami for a few months, almost done second bottle of letro and dont want to order more as I've noticed my hair is thinning.

Basically my question is with tapering. I have tamoxifen (Which was prescribed months ago by doctor) and forma. Should I just start taking the tamox now as I taper down and also start the forma, then stop the letro, continue tamox for a bit, taper off tamox and finish bottle of forma? I don't have much letro, maybe only enough for a few more days, already been tapering off it anyways doing less for the past week or so. My gyno isn't completely gone, but I also don't have the lowest body fat as I hurt my groin in hockey and could barely walk for past little while, so I'll hopefully be able to workout again and see how that helps..

Any help with the tapering process would be appreciated.

ALSO, I have heard that since the hair thinning is due to hormonal change from the letro, that it WILL grow back within 6 months or so.. Does anyone have experience with this. I believe it is called "telogen effluvium". Regardless i've started Nizoral, and was thinking of taking minoxidil, but if it will grow back after stopping letro, I shouldn';t try.. Plus with minoxidil I hear you have to be on it for life...
