When should I start clomid and how much. I am already takin 4 mls of nolva a day. just need some advice,

I'm 173 with very low fat percentage, surprisingly I have stayed extremely lean on th sust. My cycle will be 14 weeks. This is my first cycle and I have put on a solid, water and fat free 23 lbs and I am strong as an ox. I just wanna know what a good pct would be. Thanks
