Well i just finished my first week of CKD (loved the carbup and the sugar coma that game with it). Although i have a few concerns, well i weigh 170 as of today(halfway through the carbup, i know a terrible time to take my weight) im going to wiegh myself tomorrow. But even weighing myself im certain that i have lost a significant amount of fat (very visable). Well my concern is that everyone that goes on a CKD says its tough the first few weeks but then it gets easy. Well i have had no problem on my CKD and am actually enjoying the way i feel while on it (the second sugar hits my blood stream i actually FEEL WORSE). I have followed the diet extremely strictly. Here is my sample meals for a day.
Wake up: 4 Eggs(3 whites 1 whole and made with 2 kraft singles cheese) w/ bacon or sausage or Tuna with mayo (depending on time)
Lunch: Tuna almost always during the week, only thing i can bring to school (dont worry about tuna burnout i LOVE TUNA) I also usually bring pepperoni to snack on and some chedder cheese
approx 3-4 pm(home from school) : 2-3 hot dogs or a cheese burger patty
Dinner: Some source of protein usually whatever my family makes, if they make pasta or some other thing like that i merely make another cheeseburger or tuna or something.
Snacks: occasionally through the day i may snack on sunflower seeds (deshelled and with 0 carbs)
I drink nothign but water all day long

That is basicly my diet on most days, some thing i occasionally add to my diet that contains carbs is catsup (i used to near-litterally drink the stuff, gotta have some) i try not to have this more than twice a week excluding carb up days.
Please tell me what i could do to improve and I know i should be taking flax oil im going to buy some next time i get to the grocery store. Is it with the olive oil and stuff or is it elsewhere?
