I`m currently onCKD. 3rd week lost 12+pounds, but Damn I`m 18% bf. I think I platued. not sure yet. I`m now taking NYC and just ordered Yohimburn DF but want MORE. I can`t deal with my FAT SELF. Should I try clenbutrx? Would that speed things up?
My ultimate goal was to bulk but was trying to lose the fat first so now I`m stuck in this rut. help. Maybe I should do the TKD because I could have decent workouts and gain with that?

Maybe you should stick to the CKD for 10 more weeks than you can reevaluate. I would just suggest changing carbups from every 6 days to every 13 days as a starter, if you're really worried about your "fat self".

I was a little out of it last night. So I did`nt know what I was saying. NEVER take NYC at 1 AM lol. I finally went to sleep at 4 AM. So I was wired when typing that question...
I will be more patient.
