Need Meals info for gaining mass

Been off for about 1 year. Thinking of going on but want at least 10lbs first for a good base. What wouldbe the safest/cheapest way to gain without all the saturated fat that comes w/ mcdonalds.
Just post some meals u guys prefer.
Stats 5'11'' 168 (was 176)

been losing weight cause my diet has been shitty. need help.

Eggs, bacon, pancakes...

Steak and potatoes

Ground beef w/ pasta

Rice w/ fatty fish

Salmon is probably the best...

My friend, the meals are pretty limited if you want to avoid the "bad" fat.

SOUL FOOD! This stuff is the best for putting on mass. Yeah, you will gain a little bit more fat, but this stuff is delicious, easy to eat and calorie dense, usually not leaving one too bloated (me anyway).
Also, pizza (you can make your own, healthier version if need be) lasagna, pastas w/meat. Lotta good stuff out there.
